Occupational Health & Safety Magazine's May 2017 issue was named the winner of the B-to-B -- App/Digital Edition/Standalone Digital Magazine category in the 2017 Folio: Eddie & Ozzie Awards. The Eddie & Ozzie Awards recognize excellence in magazine editorial and design across all sectors of the industry. Occupational Health & Safety's entry was selected from 2,800 entries by a panel of more than 300 judges. OH&S also was named an Eddies finalist for B-to-B -- Full Issue -- Construction/Manufacturing for its October 2016 issue and an Ozzies finalist for B-to-B Site Design for its website.

1105 Media's Live From program was named a 2016 Top 20 Marketing Campaign Winner in the Folio: Marketing Awards competition that year. Live From won in the Use of Social Media category.

OH&S won an American Society of Business Press Editors (ASBPE) Western Region award in 2008 for its January 2007 75th Anniversary Special Section. The magazine won in the category for magazines of 80,000 circulation or more. Former Managing Editor Ronnie Rittenberry's June cover story ("Air Rescue in 2007") also won one of the Regional ASBPE awards (West Region) in the Feature Article category.

The Safety Equipment Distributors Association (SEDA) honored OH&S in June 2008 with a plaque of appreciation for its longstanding support of the association.
