The Optimus Red from Cirrus Research plc meets the requirements for a Class 2 sound-level meter. The Optimus Red 162C device in particular includes features such as datalogging of measurements and calibration records, 1:1 octave filters, voice tag audio recording, a single timer, and TWA dose. All products in the Optimus Red Range include a 15-year warranty, 4GB memory, license-free installation, 120dB measurement that spans all the way up to 140dB (A) and 143dB(C) peal, and real-time 1:1 octave band filters.
