Pau Gasol/FireSmart: LA

This is a 60-second PSA produced for the Los Angeles Fire Department and MySafe:LA, the public fire and life safety NPO for the LA area. Lakers star Pau Gasol is a spokesperson for a program called FIRESMART:LA! The ad was shot in a private home and in Fire Station 5 near LAX. All material was shot using Sony EX-3 cameras, was posted using Final Cut Pro, and titles and effects were done in AfterEffects, with FX design by Marc Karzen.


Professional Drivers

Targeted at professional truck drivers as part of their continuing educational requirements, this 2010 Operation Lifesaver video highlights the five most common situations they face when coming into proximity with railroad grade crossings. To reach the widest audience of drivers, Operation Lifesaver produced two versions of this video simultaneously. One is in English, featuring an English-speaking on-camera talent and supporting graphics, and the other version is in Spanish, complete with an alternate host speaking in Spanish and supplemented by supporting graphics also presented in Spanish.
