Pacific Handy Cutter’s innovative S8 Safety Cutter is proudly made in the USA.  This ambidextrous safety cutter includes a tape splitter, spare blade compartment, two tray cut positions and one top cut position.  Blade changing is safe and easy, reducing cuts, injuries and damaged goods.  Increase efficiency by utilizing our all-in-one Pocket Blade Dispenser.
